Default 2008 Dodge Ram Mega cab Hemi

My truck was acting all fine yesterday but when I got in this morning it wouldn't start. The truck turns over but doesn't want to start. I have a OBDII/EOBD scanner from a friend but it's not giving me any codes to look up and see whats wrong. Do y'all have any suggestions?

Do you hear your fuel pump kick in when you turn the key to on? It should go for a few seconds to build pressure. If you don't, probably the fuel pump.

Also last saturday I drove through some High water to get home. Now that I look under the truck it looks like the oil pan is dripping. How could I test to see if the engine took on water? The truck ran fine for from Saturday though Friday morning when I tried to start it up. I also checked the pressure of the gas flow on the engine. When its off or the key in the start position should it still spray out? when I used a screw driver on the pressure valve it just sputtered out.

use a fuel pressure gauge. It will also tell you if the pump is bleeding back. You may have water in a connector as well. Wire dryer works great for drying out plugs.
