Default loose belt sound on 2003 dodge ram 1500 hemi

Ok so 6 months ago I changed the belt on the truck.
Just about a few weeks ago it's making a sound as if it were loose. We changed thing that makes the belt spin but the noise is still there.
The sounds stops once the truck is hot already. What could it be?

Could be any number of pulleys that the belt travels on. If the belt slips because the pulley doesn't spin with it, or fast enough with it, it will cause the loose squeal sound. If you try to spin each pulley by hand, do any offer major resistance?
