i do have another question, the day i unhooked my electric stock oil gauge it never stopped working and acts like its still hooked up.

 

just to update this, i changed out my bearing on my crankshaft and that gave me 15 psi. I now believe the cam bearing are warn as well but have not been able to park my truck and take it apart. So im thinking im going to put a high pressure oil pump to conpensate for the low oil pressure, even though i have been driving the truck since this happened and bad noises or anything. I even drove it to the coast and back.

 

That wont help the issue... that will just increase the pressure and cause other issues down the line... but let us know how you make out.
