Ok. I found out that the cams from the jeep grand cherokee 4.7l high output cams will work in my truck. Does anyone know about this. And if so, will they drop rite in, it does there need to be some kind of mods to make them work???

Yep, they will work fine. This upgrade does not give you a true 4.7L H.O. engine. The production H.O. engine has a different crank, pistons, wrist pins, etc. and will produce slightly more horsepower than the upgraded engine. But it's still a good upgrade, the engine certainly will pull harder and rev quicker...

But, you have one problem. You have to find those High Output cams in the first place.

Good luck, you'd think HO cams were made of gold wrapped diamonds or something...
