Default AC not cooling-I think bad compressor

2002 Dodge small V8 80,00 miles double cab.
OK, back about 3 or4 months ago I heard loud kinda rattling noise. I raised hood and it was coming from ac compressor. I shut it down and went home to check out. I turn it on and in a few minutes it would start making the noise. I put gauges on and high side is very high. I did checking and found that condenser fan was bad. Put new one on and now high side pressure ok. However ac doesn't cool good at idle but ok going down road. It has got worse and now won't cool at all. I put gauges on and high side about 95and low about 85 and I try to add 134 but none will go in. I am thinking that when compressor was making noise that it was damage and has progressively got worse. Your thoughts and what to do.

I think you're correct. The only way to get the refrigerant into the system is after it has been pulled into a vacuum or with the compressor running, adding to the suction side. With 95 psig on the high side and 85 psig on the low side your equalized (no pressure difference.) You could check and make sure it has power to the compressor.

You did have the vehicle running with the AC on high while you tried to add the refrigerant, right? Either way, a noisy compressor is a soon to be failed compressor.

Yea, compressor was running and without running it read 75 both high and low.

If the compressor was turning then it has busted valves in it. Hence no pressure difference.
