Default Am I being BS'd?

So I brought my truck to get an alignment and break work done, when I got it back the truck still pulled to the right... when I talked to them about it, they told me because the tires on it (it has off road tires) its hard to get it perfect... so I ordered some new tires last night with normal tread (Kumho tires from tirerack) told them I ordered new tires that I'd put on for the alignment to be done correctly and they said "well are you keeping the 20" rims?" I said yes, and they said well with those rims its aligned as good as its going to be.... this doesn't sound right to me... you tellin me that 20" rims cant be aligned 100%? ?? sounds like im being bs'd... can someone help me?

Return the tires, be thankful you could brake leaving that "shop" and go find a reputable alignment shop.

So that would mean that every truck that Dodge built and put 20" wheels on left the factory with improper alignment. Those idiots are full of $hit.

If they didn't give you a print out showing your alignment and you left with the truck pulling I'd never ever go back to those idiots ever.

ALWAYS get a print out of the alignment specs, it should show date from BEFORE and AFTER the alignment.

If your current tires don't need replaced, why replace them? Never just start throwing stuff on because a shop says they can't do something. If they don't need replaced, save your money and don't replace them.

They're full of crap, my 20's track straight as can be. All the factory rigs did as well.
