Default Front end locking up when turning

Hey guys just replaced both cv axles due to them being worn out. After replacing both sides when I turn the truck in either direction in 4 wheel high and low the truck locks up as if I'm hitting the brakes and makes a horrible noise. I have no idea what'd it be. I've replaced 4 cv axles on this truck before with no problems. Any help would be much appreciated. 2003 dodge ram 1500 4x4 10" of lift on 37"s

search this forum and you will 100% find your answer.

I'll give you a hint and tell you that what you are experiencing is 100% NORMAL while in 4WD...

You're not supposed to do that, unless of course you're trying the to twist something off!, or snap something

I did it in grass... And it's a really bad noise that Ive never heard ever before with other cv axles. I just dropped the diff and everything looks good and went and bought 2 more cv axles from napa and still the same noise...

I would have followed the advice of "normal" before I bought new CV Axles. Unless you are on snow or Ice, you are going to hear those noises, and feel the jerking. It's 4wheel drive. Something has to give!!! Really....
