Default 2wd daystar spacer help!

I have a 2005 ram 1500 hemi with stock 20" wheels and i was looking to level it so i ordered some daystar spacers. They I believe they are 1.5" spacers because they measure 2.5" on the outside and are 1.5" on the inside. they have been sitting on my dresser for some time now because i have read that i need longer shocks and all i can find on this world wide web are shocks for 4wd trucks. If some one could please post a link to the shocks i need would be great. My ride is already pretty stiff so I dont want to make it worse so would it be possible to get longer yet softer maybe adjustable shocks?

I believe the Pro Comp ES3000 and 9000s work as well as the Rancho RS5000s. You will only need shocks that are 2" longer then stock. I would check out autoanything, rock auto or moes performance. Moes' deals exclusively with Rams so he should be able to hook you up.

I have es9000 and they are for a 6 inch lift. Unless they come in different lengths?

I have the es9000's on the front of mine. I have just a 2" level kit on the front.I actually called 4 wheel parts and ordered them that way. They don't list them on their website for 2wd

Thanks for the response I ended up going with the rancho rs5000 for the 2500 because they are 2" longer hope they work

alright guys so the install went smoothly. it looks great but i have two problems, one im assuming is the alignment but when i turn the wheel doesnt straighten back out i have to manually turn the wheel back straight and two is that when i go over bumps i hear a loud clank in the front but i cant seem to find what is hitting. it drives smoother than before and i parked it with one wheel up on the curb and nothing is close to even touching but its driving me crazy

Look to see if upper control arm is hitting off the part of the frame your shock runs through. I had to do some trimming with 2.5" spacers but u should be fine with 1.5"

i think they were the 2.5" spacer because it ended up raising the front end almost 4" and leveled it out perfectly. I got an alignment and that fixed any steering problems i had but i believe the popping i experience is actually the ball joints. the truck has 105k miles and i am unsure if they are the ones from the factory or not but ill probably replace them when i add in longer spindles

I hope you raise the rear as well if you do the longer spindles
