Default HEmi Tick? Or should I have it checked out

Guys
Need a little help. I have an 07 Ram just hit 110k Truck has been a great to me but over the last month I have developed a tick that seems a bit loud. I went by the dealer to let them listen and they said I had a small exhaust leak at the manifold . (they did not take it back ) So I bought the bolts and a new gasket and installed it. Same thing. note the old gasket looked fine and no broken bolts. Im 99% sure this is not in the exhaust. I listened to it closely while running and really seems to be coming out of the head. I dont like the noise but Im ok as long as it does get worse..Anyone have ideas? Should I trade in? I planned on keeping but I dont want to be dumping major money into it. Below is a video with it idling.

It's a Hemi callsign.

My 4.7 does it too.

As long as the sound is coming from the upper engine like in the valve cover area, this is normal. If its coming from your lower end i'd get a 2nd opinion.

Just looking to get an answer myself.
I have an 05 Hemi Ram, that has developed the "Tick".
Though from what I've read, it should not quiet down, just get noisier....
Yet, in my truck, real loud at cold start, then quiet down to next to nothing once warm...
seems that this may not be normal.
is it?????
Did have the motor checked by a certified mechanic, he told me, in his words "nothing wrong with that motor".
Still......

mine 5.7 has a little tick @ 193k. from the sound of the vid most likely it the valve train. I would not worry about. all older engines make some noise. on the other hand, if a rapping noise ( loud or quite) while under no load, at idle or foot off the gas and costing in gear. then you mine friend have a spun rod bearing. or worn out rod bearing. that is going to be a huge problem soon, if it not spun yet. Now I had a 89 Lincoln continental with a 3.8. just about all of the 80's 3.8 had a rod issues being spun on higher mileage motors. the raping was quite at idle.. I was lucky to get away with replacing the rod and main bearings and the problem was solved.

My truck is WAAAY louder than the 2012 (2nd vid) you posted. Mine started at 400miles or which is when I noticed it.

I can hear my Hemi Tick(I would call it knocking) from over 75ft away clear as day. It's kind of embarassing but I'm not going to let a mechanic tear apart my perfectly good, dry engine. Not to mention I'd lose my truck for a month and it would probably come back with dings/scratches on it. Not gonna happen. The day it gets fixed is the day that I sell it and have it fixed for the new owner under my Lifetime Powertrain Warranty.

Chrysler has a "Silent Recall"...shhhh dont tell anyone, to replace all of the Exhaust valves and sleeves in the heads. The stock one's have too much clearance and begin to knock once scorched from the heat.

IS the recall something that the I can have the dealer look at. If I could get this fixed I would leave the truck in the shop. I have considered selling becaause of it
