Default 2006 wipers

2006 Ram 2500, wipers will not turn on, if you push it in (washer) it will work as it should. Any one ever have this problem? Any ideals? I posted this on the wrong place before (sorry). thanks for any help.

The multi-function switch has been found to misbehave. How 'bout the high-beams, turn signals, etc.?

This might be a long shot but there was a recall on the wiper motors, depending on the VIN for that year.

Recall J-11

There were even some that had an extended factory warranty on the Multifunction switch.

If you PM me the last 8 of your VIN I can tell you, or you can call the dealer.

Have you check fuse 8? It feeds the switch part but not used by the wash switch.

H46 and L16 recalls have been done, but it doesn't mean they won't need to be done again....
