If oil level is fine then it would probably be good to borrow a mechanical gauge and see if your sending unit is taking a dump.

Just replaced the oil pressure sensor and it seems to be fixed. Took it for a nice long test drive and no drop In Pressure. The old sensor was leaking oil so seems like that did it. Thanks everyone for the input.

Yes, if it was leaking... it was BAD.
