Default need help with pcm

Hey guys I'm curious as to if I fried my com with a jump start. 03 with 4.7l turns over fine, has spark, gauges work, fuel at the rail All plugs hooked up but a no start. Codes showed 685 for asd, so I swapped my asd relay with the wipers relay still no start. I reset the computer with the key in ignition trick. Try to start and no start. Code 685 gone now though so I put in a new crank sensor. Still nothing. Could I have fried computer by jump starting? And how can I check pins at the pcm to make sure power is making it there?

you might have shorted the battery internally... that is possible..

Disconnect the battery let it sit for a few minutes, reconnect and see what happens.

Try giving the truck a little bit of fuel (step on pedal) while trying to crank if still nothing then try a new battery.

How did the battery get drained? you leave a light on? (if not then there might be another electrical issue causing problems)

Pull C-Codes... method is in the link in my signature....

List them exactly as they appear...

The only other thing I can think of as being an issue is the alarm system might have activated itself...

Do you have an aftermarket alarm system or remote start system?

Those look like P codes (aka DTC's)

Did they show up on the dash just like that or was it like:

4 80
00 32

or
P0480
P0032

?

AA PCM messages not received.

AC ABS messages not received.

Check your fuses for the Engine Control and ABS... you might have blown them out...

the P0480 is a cooling fan relay...

All of these point to you shorting something electrically, but I'm really hoping you didn't short the PCM as that would be a very expensive fix.

Can you give us a step by step of how you jump started your truck..?

Anything out of the ordinary happen?
