Default Anyone know what this is?

I opened the hood and shut it again, when I looked down, I found this on the garage floor near the drivers front of the truck.

Anyone know where is located or what it is supposed to be attached to?

It is made of hard rubber.

Looks like a bumper for the grill. Open the hood and look on the front side of the radiator support

I think you are right. Down on the lower sides. I could not find it because I do not have the left or the right now.

Either that or it's the little block that holds your battery down.

It is funny you would mention that. I finally found the source of the corrosive buildup on my garage floor. While looking for the location of this part I found that the bolt that goes through that rubber piece holding down the battery is thick with corrosion. So much so it is dripping down from the bottom with crystals.

I am mystified how this bolt would pick up the properties of the battery terminals when it is separated with that rubber piece in between.

Clean all that up and find the source of the leak.
