Default Finally got my 02' 2wd front end leveled (well sort of)

We'll finally got my 02' 1500 2wd back from the suspension shop and had the front end leveled. I had new upper and lower greasable ball joints, bushings, tie rods, Pro Comp ES9000 shocks, Moog coil springs and insulators, 2" lift spindles, brake lines and front end alignment done. The only problem is the front end sits really high ( looks like I'm carrying a ton of cow feed in the bed) I know the new springs might settle a little, but not that much. Have any of you who've leveled your trucks with 2" lift spindles had to add blocks in the rear. Also why is there such a price difference in blocks for example I've found 2" blocks that range from $50 to $150. is there anything in-particular I should be looking for when buying rear blocks? Also thanks for all the help I've received on what I needed to get suspension done.
