I am having a similar problem, my left turn signal isn't working... I looked at the bulb and the filament is fine changed the bulb still nothing, I looked at my fuses and they are all fine... May have to just take it by somewhere to have them check it out
I bought a PDC at a scrap yard for $50. Fixed the problem I had with my parking lights staying on all the time. I had a post on here a few weeks back that you could look up.
PDC also has external relays that could be the issue, but I'm betting on the PDC is corroded. 04's were known for it. $50 fix is a steal---good job on that.
