My Caravan have a feature that prevents the engine from rev over 5000 RPM, in the Ram is the same effect but is hapening at 2300 RPM, if you keep it under 2300 RPM engine seems to be ok and transmision shifts ok, also the cruise contron doesen't engage not even turn on, I'm stuck... any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having. When you reach 2300-2500 rpm, does the engine stall? Is there a complete loss of acceleration? A wiring or connection issue may be present with the cruise control malfunction, however, as closer look would be necessary to determine if they're related.

That' exactly what is doing that can be at 25mph or 65mph that can even be when is parked at my driveway. At autozone they told me it was the camshaft timing sensor but I have replace it and nothing happened, I thought it coud be the fuel pump, pressure is reading about 65psi but I didn't check it with engine running. ???

Actually I jus had it re-scan and the same codes came up
PO344 Camshaft position sensor signal errors
PO456 Evap small leak detected
PO457 Evap small leak detected
I have also change the crankshaft sensor with no improvement on the vehicle function

It's possible you have a bad sensor hat you bought from Autozone. I've bought several new things from them over the years that were bad from the start. Also, I would check your hoses on the canister attached to the side of the fuel tank and maybe your gas cap to try and fix those other codes as well.
