does anyone know what p330 means on a 05 1500

It says it is a knock sensor, bank 2.

How many miles and what mileage? Also, what service work has been done?

 

Which side is bank 2? Passenger?

 

It's been a while but I think that Bank 1 is on the #1 cylinder side (normally driver's side) and Bank 2 is on the #2 cylinder side (normally passenger's side)

Skoll, got your PM. If you don't want to take it to the stealership you can reset the computer and see if it happens again. If you do that, be sure to make sure all of your plug boots are on securely, although I doubt it was your problem. If the engine is running fine other wise, that is what I'd do, just reset the computer and see if it happens again. Also make sure you have good gas.
