Anyone here ever hear of this Jeep TCM mod? I was wondering why it wasn't able to be done on the Dodge Ram's with the 5.7's?

There is. It's called TMR Mod(Torque Management Reduction) Works for 2003 only.
TCM is a Transmission Control Module

A Superchips or Diablo tuner will disable and allow you to customize TM to suit your needs.

Sonnax line booster will work for 2004+ and increase firmness.

You don't do this mod with 5.7's because it turns a 45RFE into a 545RFE (gives you the extra OD gear). All 5.7's came with 545RFE from the factory, only the early Ram 4.7's (and I think it was 2002 only) came with the 45RFE programming.
