Default Power steering problem

As you can see on the video, I got this problem that started yesterday and now it's pretty much undriveable. Do i need to replace the power steering pump or is maybe something else? Looks like the steering gear has been leaking for quite a while as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the input Weedahoe, i've checked up on prices for the pump.

What I've found so far with this partnumber 5093985AA, is mostly remanufactured pumps at around 250$ and a couple new ones at 300+$.

Can somebody confirm it's the right partnumber for 2004 5.7L?

And are there any recommendations for which type of pump to buy?

Check out www.advanceautoparts.com and add one to your shopping cart. Use the code TRT30 or TRT41 at checkout

Did you make sure you pump reservoir is full? Takes ATF+4. It'll whine like that when its low on fluid. If your rack is leaking, I recommend Lucas stop leak...

Weedahoe can't find the pump on the website when searching on the part number.
Fj5gtx the reservoir is full, I've checked it a couple of times now.

Add your truck, then search for steering pump... should come up with 3 options. The number weedahoe gave you was a discount code.

www.rockauto.com has a bunch for that truck as well, and probably cheaper even with the discount code.

Only problem with RockAuto is the biggest discount code they give is 5%

With AAP, that TRT30 is a code for 30% off anything and that TRT41 is a $40 code for anything over $75.

I've been told that it makes it alot easier to change the pump, if you buy a pump with the pulley already installed. So i found this on ebay, it's remanufactured to O.E. specs.
Can this be recommended?
