Stock 20" wheel Rams come with 33" rubber. You don't need a lift for 33" or 34" at all. Even 35's would fit without rub if they weren't wide.

Stuffing even 35's on a stock suspensiopn Ram looks overcrowded IMO. Anything larger would look ridiculous.
38's are impractical and should only be installed on SFA's such as 2500's with a 12" lift
