I want to see about putting a crate engine in my baby.

Well this is about vague. What engine do you have? Are you thinking of putting in the same engine or swapping to something else...?

Hell, no need for a crate engine. Stroke what ya got. Easy 450 HP / 500 TQ can be had by stoking it to 408. Kits are out there in the $1500 range...
