Are all the blades still there?

 

All the blades are there and i checked each onne for any cracks or missing pieces and they all seem to be intact

 

Is it variable speed? Or just on/off?

Mounts tight?

 

It seems to be running at fulll throttle only. If i turn off the heter, then turn off the ignition and turn the truck back on it stays off but as soon as i turn the fan for heater on it turns on full throttle and shakes the steering wheel and you can hear the vibration very loudly
