Welcome to the forum.
Have you scanned it for codes since the swap?

Well, I have not personally scanned it. I slapped the engine in there and was not able to get it running, and it got hauled off to a mechanic, unfortunately the mechanic had it forever and I have had it. Going to pick the truck up next week and haul it home. Mechanic supposedly put in 03 harness, ignition. and 03 computer. Then told me about the cam difference. He said he changed out the cam sprocket, which I see pointless after changing to 03 electronics. But before hand on Changing cam sprocket he said computer was not reading. I feel this may be the problem as a faulty computer.
