Default Codes PO137/PO300/PO430

I bought a 2004 Rumble Bee from a used car dealer. From day one the check engine light was on, codes PO137 & PO300. Instead of fixing the problem they just reset the computer. This went on a few times and they finally took it to a dodge dealership. They replaced the o2 sensor in bank2. Got it back check engine light on. Back to dodge they replaced the other o2 sensor bank2. Drove it for 100 miles check engine light back on now with a PO430 code.
I checked the battery and alternator and just the battery needs charging.
As of today it's back at the dodge dealership. For this code PO430 to appear, is it just replacing the catalytic converter?

If they have replaced the downstream sensor and it still throws a code, then yes, it could very well be the cat.

Took it back to the dealer and they replaced the cat. I put over 100 miles and so far no codes. But since they did this it seems that the truck lost the kick that throws you back into your seat when the gears shift.
