Default Squeaking front end

Has anyone had any issues with squeaks in their front ends? I have an '08 Laramie 4wd, with 98K. Have had a very irritating squeak coming from the front end. Happens most when colder, and no logic to how. Just backing out of the driveway it squeaks, going down the road it squeaks, and turning it squeaks. Just replaced the struts and shocks so not there. No clunks or shimmy either. Is this a common problem? Since it is all sealed, there is nothing to grease.

Ball joints squeak when they are out of grease.

Ball joints are sealed, will give the WD40 a shot, can't hurt! Thanks.

If the ball joints are original, I'd bet real money that's the culprit. They are sealed, as you said, so they are unserviceable. Replace with MOOG or something else that is greaseable.

Yes. Sealed and probably out of grease. WD40 is a bandaid.
