Well, i know that bottom hose has a spring inside. How these hose could not be correctly pressurised? If i touch it and press where i dont feel the spring, i can say that the pressure is not the same as upper hose. Pressure is lower than on top. Pressure should be the same, right?

Ok if i resume :

Head gasket problem :
* bubbles on reservoir after 1 min
* overheating after driving

I will try to compare the pressure with another ram.

I swear you're on a witch hunt. Drive it until if or when it overheats, then you have a reason to dig deeper, if it hasn't already overheated and went past the mid point of the gauge by a lot, you have ZERO PROBLEMS. As I said previously, if the pressure was too much the cap would bleed it off and you'd lose coolant, your truck is normal.

The top hose is the high pressure side coming from the thermostat, so it most definitely would have more pressure than the bottom, and it would be pretty hard when its up to temp, not rock hard but very firm, and its pretty subjective because what I find soft or normal you may think is rock hard, so go by the symptoms, and from the sounds of it and looks of your temp gauge all is well. If your cap doesn't have a problem with the pressure then all is fine in your hemi, please wash your truck or do something that's actually productive with your time, as this is not one of them.
