Default Piece on Taillight

Does any one know what this is? It's wired but they've been cut off and can't find where they're supposed to go. Anyone else have these?

That's strange... From the looks of it you don't have the rocketship tail lights (i'm unfamiliar with those) but my 04 doesnt have anything like that in the reverse area... maybe a previous owner hacked it up and tried adding LED or something?

I was looking where it went to but I have no clue. I got under there and I don't see any other cut wires down there.

They look like strobe lights.

That's what I've been getting on facebook. But the wiring doesn't go anywhere.

Looks to me that those are safety strobes that were disabled before the truck was sold to you.

I think they are safety strobes. We have similar items.

Yup, strobes. And done terribly.

To get them going...you would need the wiring and control box.
