The fuel pump is not smart enough to produce mis-fires on one bank. Does it run rough? How does it idle?

I went and bought a used ecu today with matching numbers and when i asked the dealer to reflash they told me they couldnt and the only way to replace ecu is to buy new and have them flash.

Do some troubleshooting before throwing parts. How's the fuel pressure between to two bank. Compression check. Any vacuum leaks. What do the plugs look like? How old are they?

The motor has 2700 miles on it. Replaced it two months ago.

Plugs are new. No vacuum leaks have not done a pressure or compression test
