RE: My SC'd 3.7V6 keeps with tha hemis!
i got a email from this company for my V6 when i was wanting to supercharge it. this is a little much for me but i figured i would share.
They do not offer a kit for the 3.7L we use the 4.7L Kit here but some
tube
modification is required to make it line up. The kit runs $4300 satin
or
$4700 polished. Call if you need.

yeah it wouldnt be, no way could you get a hemi for less then that, and I havent heard great things about mopar crate motors, and trading it in is out of the question, Im not paying 25, 000 for a truck that im only going to beat up, no matter what it has in it, now if i could find a blower for 2500, then that would be worth it

couldn't you pull a turbo from a wrecked neon and adapt it to your truck. I know a lot of LS1 guys that do this with old thunderbird turbo's.
the only problem I could think of would be with the computer. they havnt made a decent engine management system for DC yet.

I don't know if the claims in the first post are true or not,
but awhile ago the question came up
and I ran some simulations about what
a 3.7 v6 could do
with 105 octane E85 fuel
and a mechanical supercharger with 70% efficiency
and it was pretty impressive
...but will the trans, rods & bottom end hold up?
