Default Parasitic battery drain

I have read the posts regarding this but I am still lost. I have removed the negative cables and tested the amp draw and it shows 3.15 mA. I have pulled all the fuses one at a time and the meter didn't change. But the battery still drains. I also put a test light in series between the negative cable and negative battery post and it lights. One battery shows 12.42 volts and the right battery shows 11. something. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

ma draw is small, but over a long period I guess it would drain the battery.
Did you check the glove box for a light on when closed.
It could be the radio in the truck if it needs power to keep the time.
I know you pulled the fuses but there might be something that is causing the draw that has a inline fuse.
Check the on board security system if it has one some will cause that also.

Did you disconnect both battery negative and positive cables touch them together to drain any power in the cables and then put meter on cables to see if all power is out of cables.
Then put the negative cable back on one battery at a time and check to see if current draw is still there.
You also might have to pull some relays to break the circuit on whatever might be the culprit.

Good luck as this could be time consuming and a PITA

Not sure how old the batteries are but I fully recharged them both. I will try the other suggestions in the morning. Thanks so much for your input.

Fully charged But will they hold a charge. If you think they are over 5 years old. I would replace them.

Truck wouldn't start this morning. Took all cables off. One battery have 12.5 v the other had 11.4. I guess that means the one battery is not holding a charge. I have a reconditioning setting on my charger. Gonna try that. Not sure if those actually work.
