Default Speedometer Calibration???

My 2006 Laramie Ram 1500 Hemi came stock with 17" wheels. I replaced them with 20" Ram wheels and tires from a 2009 Sport. Looks good, performs good, but spedo is off. Will it take a computer "flash" to correct this or what?

Dealer flash or purchase a tuner.

Or just live with it. Mine is 4.2% low with 285/70x17s. When I'm driving, I just know that indicated 76 is actually 80. I also factor that in when calculating mileage.
