Default Whining noise coming from blower

My 2007 Ram 1500 makes a whining noise form the AC / heat blower, but the weird part about this is it only makes this noise when I am applying the brakes and stops making the noise after I've come to a complete stop. I haven't gotten in to take a look at the blower yet, but just curious if anyone else has heard of this issue before. Thanks

Are you sure it's the blower?

Not totally sure its the blower. it only makes the noise when the heat is turned on. So i just assumed it might be the blower.

The blend doors on these trucks are notorious for breaking parts off. I found one of mine on top of the blower a few years ago. It was making a noise and I was not getting air through the vents like I had before. I just dropped the blower and taped the blend door over the outside air inlet side and have been using it like that since.

Hope this helps
