Default 2002 ram 1500 4.7 not starting

my truck died on me a couple nights ago, after a couple tries to fire it up it started again, but only made it another half mile or so before cutting out again. just before it died all the lights came on the dash then it cut out. got it towed home yesterday, replaced the battery terminals, and tested the battery and alternator which are both fine. after i hooked the battery back up i keyed it and she started right up, i let her idle for about 10 minutes then shut her off. tried to start her an hour later and she was cranking but wouldn't turn over. now when i put the key in i dont get any lights on the dash, but if i pull the key up and a little towards me when its in the ignition switch, the red security light will come on and then go out, and the odometer will come on and stay on till i move the key.
i can turn on my light bar which is wired directly to the battery, i can also turn on my radio when the key is in accessory (radio power wired is hooked up right to the battery, but its been like that for a while)
only things i can think of would be a bad chip in my key, a bad ignition switch, i also have a ground wire by my pcm which isnt hook up to anything, one end is bolted to the frame but the other end isnt hooked to anything
ALSO: i dont know if this means anything, but when i put the key in, and turn it one click, the red security light will come on.
UPDATE: she started up this morning, i let her idle for a couple minutes, shut her off an started her back up just to see if she would. put her in reverse and backed her up about 10 feet, while doing this all the lights on the warning lights came on the dash then went back out after a couple seconds, backed it up another few feet and it happened again so i shut it off. (engine didnt stall or sputter when the dash lights came on)

you need to ground your pcm before frying it please, a lot of your issue are current flow problems.
