Default Stalling, code issues

So I have a question. I have an 04 ram 1500 4x4 5.7 that has been stalling on me lately. It will happen when I come to a stop after driving. I can idle all day, drive all day but when I come to a stop I'd say 8/10 times it will just die on me.

I can correct the problem if I take my foot of the brake just as the rpms drop below 1k and let it rev up enough to stop it from dying. Any ideas?

I should have mentioned what i've done recently that may be related....The tranny pan was rusted out so I went to auto zone and got a new one. Also replaced the two filters inside and have been adding fluid as I go to get it filled right. So far 6-1/2 quarts. The tranny is running good now but not 100%. It's semi sluggish off the start and I'm not sure if it's related when coming to a halt with the rpms and stalling or not?

About 2 months ago I changed out the idler pulley and serpentine belt...

Oh...the fkn muffler fell off about a month ago after running over a slab of tire on the highway...I had a new system installed today but still stalling..

I know there is more but any thoughts??

Default codes

I'm getting a bunch! I'm not sure if the codes should be cleared since I replaced the tranny pan and filters then the muffler replacement. Thanks for helping! Codes:

P0153 02 (BS S1) Slow Response
P0420 Catalyst Efficiency Below Normal (Bank1)
P0700 Auto Trans Control system malfunction
P0113 IAT Sensor Circuit High Input
P0731 A/T Additional Gear Ratio Error in first gear
P0876 A/T U/D Pressure Switch Sense Circuit Malfunction
P0700 again...
P0113 again...

Yeah, I'm going to give it a shot this weekend. See if I can start to narrow things down. All kinds of fun!
