Unhappy 07 Dodge 3500 Front End Squeaking

Its not the brakes, it's not the power steering, but other than that I don't now what else it could be! (I know there's many other options besides that those are just the things I know it's NOT)

While it's running I can have it in park, turn the steering wheel back and forth and it makes a terrible squeaking sound that comes from up under the front end. Going over bumps, big or small, any turn I make it makes the same squeaking noise almost like it would be my shocks or suspension but I don't think it is. Nothing else is banging or clanking it's just the squeaking -you can hear me coming down a dirt road ten miles away

I believe it is worse on the right side, I haven't had anyone outside to listen to it to pin point the sound yet.

I've been trying to look on here at everyone else's situations but none seem to match it-that I've found at least.

I have been told many many things to start with but they've all been different. Therefore...I don't know where to start! Do I take it to a shop and have them listen to it and see what they say?
I figured I'd try here first and see what everyone says!! Thanks in advance!!

It's 2WD, Is therea way to test if it's my ball joints?
I don't believe it's the tie rods, just because we replaced them on another truck of mine and it wasn't doing anything that that truck was (aka Death Wobble) lol

Squeaking is almost always indicative of dry ball joints. I would recommend, at your apparent level of expertise, you bring it to a trusted shop. No easy answers here.

Drag link and track bar are 2 different things.
