Default 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 sspeedo-and abs issue

This may be a bit long winded but i figure the more info you have the better chance i have of not going to the dealer.

About a year ago i ran over some bailing wire which got wrapped around the drive shaft at the rear end killed the rear end seal which i had promtly replaced. then the ABS, E-BRAKE, and no speedometer all at the same time happened. then got a dodge journey to drive for work so truck set all of last winter and spring this year. when i started troubleshooting it this past couple of months found the sensor in the rearend was broken and replaced it also found the plug that goes into that sensor had a broke wire and bought a new plug from dealer and replaced it.... Its still doing the same thing i am at a loss as to what to try next...any ideas or suggestions would be great. also i have 3 trouble codes --- P0121,P1120,and P0406 1st two are related to the throttle position sensor and the last is an o2 sensor i wouldn't think they would be related but i figure i will put it out there

Probably the wiring got damaged further up the line for the rear wheel speed sensor. Follow it up, see what you find.

Welcome to DF!

It only goes from the rear end to the drivers side frame rail. where it joins another group of wires and heads to the front of the truck. i cut out most of the wiring and used what came with the new plug. If nothing if no other ideas come up i will look into cutting the split loom and tracing the wires further up the line...thanks for the help

Might try verifying the integrity of the wires. Either a continuity check, (pain in the butt) or at least verify you are getting power back to the sensor.....
