I'm about to install a set of Pacesetter LT headers with the Pacesetter Y pipe and do a cat delete. I know in some states you can get away without cats and in others they strictly enforce it. I'm going to be running 3" pipes and putting a 87MM ported TB with a TB spacer next. I currently have a K&N CAI and superchip tuner but I'm going to switch to Diablo T1000 for custom tunes.

As far as the 4wd light I don't know exactly but could just be a sensor, just a stab in dark.

Why do you want headers? Shorties won't really add anything. With shorties though, most will mount right up to the factory down pipes. Long tubes will require pipe work. As long as you get emissions compliant headers, it should not affect emissions ( O2 bungs present to mount the O2 sensors)

Skip the throttle body spacer. It does all of nothing on a port-fuel injected motor. (aside from lighten your wallet.)

As for the 4WD light, if it illuminates on engine start, it's either the sensor or the grommets are failing and it won't actuate the sensor properly.

save the money and just get a larger y-pipe. the logs flow pretty good from factory.
