08 Ram won’t start plz HELP

I think I would inspect battery cables very closely for corrosion and possibly do a resistance check. Something is up with the starter not getting proper current....it seems

here is a better video of it and this is with 1 spark plug out of each cylinder

That is weird. It almost seems like a starter issue. What was it doing before you replaced starter? Solenoid is kicking in and out for some reason

Another idea. I believe there is a starter relay in the fuse relay pdc. Swap it out for a known good one.

It was working fine until I let the truck sit for a little while, I put maybe 800 km on the truck since I bought the starter 7-8 months ago
