I think I would inspect battery cables very closely for corrosion and possibly do a resistance check. Something is up with the starter not getting proper current....it seems
Hard to tell, especially with your Charger idling next to it lol, but it looks and sounds as if as soon as the starter begins to engage, it shuts down. Have you tried removing the starter and and turning the key to Start and see if the starter is operating normally?

It was working fine until I let the truck sit for a little while, I put maybe 800 km on the truck since I bought the starter 7-8 months ago
