A tire with a slipped belt would be virtually invisible on inspection, and could certainly cause vibration. Only way to tell is to spin it, and sight the tread line and sidewall.

Could try putting the rear up on jackstands, and running it...... see if anything obvious presents itself.

That’s exactly how I found I had a slipped belt! Tire had a bulge that you could only see when it was spinning!

If it was a tire it would be in the steering wheel. Also I rotated the tires and the vibration didn't move. I'll do some more inspecting this weekend and let y'all know. Hopefully someone else who had this going on and fixed it will post.

I'm about to take it to another shop.. haven't had the chance to look at it again due to the holidays and work. I was driving it today and started thinking maybe the bearings I the front might be a good idea to replace.

I would bet it may have something to do with youre lift it puts things at the wrong angle.I bet if you took off the leveling kit,it may go away.how much of a lift is in the front?

I've read that but I don't think it happened instantly. Also I'd have to replace the shocks with stock one since it's not the plate version that lifts it. It's lifted 2" to make it level. Maybe if I can find a set for cheap just to try. How do trucks with leveling kits run without any problems if that was the cause?

If no vibration In the steering wheel I would think rear axle or rear tires/wheel. In last few months my Ram got to shaking at 50mph plus though steering wheel was vibrating also. Heck thought had a tire go bad in front. Now with this front hub bearing issue im having not so much leaning to tires being problem. Hope the shaking I have is bearing related and look forward to finding out once I eventually get the repair done.

May have found the problem... does this front axle (cyclinder going into the silver square with bolts) move around by hand on anyone's truck with no issues? Hopefully this is it. If any of you could verify this from there truck I would greatly apprieciate it.
