Default Wheel bearings shot, repeatedly!

We have a 2005 1500 2wd with abs on all 4 wheels. Bought it used in 08, I think.
We’ve replaced the wheel hub assembly twice on each side, so far. 3 times if you count the one that was bad from the parts store.
Well, the drivers side sheered off on Monday, leaving the wheel/tire sitting at a 45 deg angle. This time, it gave us very little warning through noises. Minor grinding until random thunks Monday morning.

I’m curious about why we’re going through these so fast. What might be causing this?
I may be female, but I know these are not parts that need replaced this often.
Thanks in advance

Sounds like the nuts were not torqued down enough. Them fellers get torqued to like 185 ft/lbs.... if they aren't, they can self destruct fairly quickly.
