Default 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 vs 3500 flat bed swap

I own a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 St 4 doors with a hemi 225,000 miles. BTW She is not pretty, She has under gone major upkeep and is in fine running condition.
I have the option to buy a flat bed off a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 4 door dually.
The flat bed is 9 foot long.
My question is, would the frame and bed connections be the same?
The guy is offering me the use of his shop, equipment, loader, hoist and will assist me in the process.
I have removed truck beds before and built small homemade flat beds for Rangers and s 10 before.
How long do you think it would take with zero problems, a simple un bolt and swap take...
The photos are of the truck and bed that I am wanting to install on my truck...
The blue truck is my truck. They are both normal trucks and are not fleet or straight frames.

Does any one have photos for a factory tow package wire hook up, with locations and or directions on how to install a OEM wire harness?
This problem has eluded me for some time.
I have the blue plug for the brake controller under the dash. I also have the 4 wire plug under the bumper but nothing else.

Since I have a base model truck I am also searching for photos for wire connections for the center seat 12 volt plug, I found and Installed this upgraded seat from the base model.
My truck only has one wire/plug coming out of the rubber floor ( under the driver seat) that goes to the seat belt...
under the rubber floor going to the passenger side is 2 wires that are small maybe 18ga wires, I am unsure what this is.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if it weren't just a direct swap. Maybe take a couple hours start to finish.

The owner says that it is bolted on... the only problem that may exist is the wire for the lights... Still looking in to it...

I went and picked up a electric seat today and it had the wire harness with it, The problem I was having is solved,
All one needs to have the 12 volt plug in the front center seat is a wire harnnes from an electric seat, There were 7 plugs on it....
1 seat belt
2 12 plug socket
3 seat motor
4 seat motor
5 seat motor
6 seat control
7 main floor plug hook up
I did not take a photo as I was in a rush to get it done.

Went today and installed the flatbed, I arrived at 11:30 and the guy had it on a 2 post lift, It took about 15 mins to position it under the lift.
It took about 20 mins to wiggle it around to line it up. Then another 30 mins to raise it and drill out the 2nd from cab riser mount as the holes were too small,
Then another 30 mins to beat on it and wiggle it again, we lifted the bed and reamed the holes a bit more then and got the bed in.
It took all of 2 hours to do that. Then about an hour talking and thinking if we should tackle the lights and decided to tape the lights from my box on to the flatbed bumper.
We left at 2:30pm
The Bed is 8 food wide and 9 foot long
Sunday I was able to remove the bumper and the bed in about 2 hours.
The section below is my MPG during the trip of about 500 plus miles, The mileage is off due to filling up about 30 miles from home.
10 4/30/18 182.00 13.195 13.79 2.749 [part 3 of 3 flatbed all the way.... Trip 521.5 miles]
9 4/30/18 175.20 13.424 13.05 2.899 [part 2 of 3 no truck bed, 8w 9l flatbed added for 63 miles of this leg of the trip. Trip 521.5 miles]
8 4/30/18 164.30 11.250 14.60 3.351 [ part 1 of 3 no truck bed this leg of the trip. Trip 521.5 miles]

I rewired the truck lights today,
I ran in to a few problems.
Led lights suck on dodges.
You need to have some sort of extra power going to the led lights for them to work right.
I ended up adding one of the reverse lights from the lights out of the box to the brake lights.
The Led lights on the truck have ground, tail, stop and turn, I wired the stop and tail lights as one for both sides and then added one reverse bulb in the mix.
This stopped the brake lights from flashing, The way i figuared this out was then I placed a test light on it and then the brake light turned solid.
I also think that each blinker light is also doing the same thing, they do work like they should but are super fast blinking.
I may have to wire in a bulb on each one of the blinkers to make them work right. as of right now the lamp light in the dash is still on.
I think if i add these bulbs in this might fix the lamp out light in the dash.

Led Lights are fixed, I ordered 8x 6 ohms by 50 watt resistors for less than 10 dollars off fleabay.
You must wire the resistor to the positive and the ground, parallel to be exact.
I also added a new 4 way plug to the truck and a 4 way to 7 way adapter until I get the new wire harness for the brake controller.
The rapid flash is fixed.
