Hey boss, my father had a similar issues with his Chevy. After you fix your leak and IF, IF that don’t work, have the ABS valve tested out. I really don’t know how the hydraulic ones work, but that is what was found on my father’s. He had NO codes to show that it was bad. After they replaced it and programmed it, the brakes worked perfectly. Just a thought.

I replaced the crush washers. No leaks but soft pedal. I bled the brakes again. Still small leak somewhere, 10 seconds after pumping up the pedal will go to floor. Im thinking of changing the master cylinder. I broke my clamp so i cant clamp the hoses atm for testing.
Also i have rear abs so i dont thats an issue.

Well... chalked up to a stupid and embarrassing mistake on my part. Fix was a 15min swap of the calipers. In my haste I put them on the wrong sides. DOH!!

Thanks for the help everyone. First time for everything I guess and now I know what happens when you have them on the wrong side SMDH

Ooops. You aren't the first to do that, nor will you be the last.... Considering the number of times I have seen that particular mistake, I think I need to start asking about it.
