Default Blue Smoke, blow-by? 4.7 3rd gen

First post here. I've been doing research both on here and elsewhere on the google, been having trouble finding an answer.

I get pretty substantial plumes of blue smoke upon acceleration. I have also been losing some oil, but not enough to hurt my sleep at night. A coworker said my truck smells like it's getting blow-by. Seems like valve stem seals is a good solution for the 5.9, but I haven't found a definitive solution for my 4.7.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Let me know what additional info I can give will help with any sort of diagnosis.

Compression test would be a good start. Could have problems with worn or broken rings. Also in the process you will pull the plugs so you might be able to determine which cylinders are affected even before doing the test

NVM, got it out and the bent-over electrode thing was broken off. All other plugs looked clean and like they've recently been replaced, back passenger one not so much.

Could this be my issue?

Running compression check now...

Oil normally produces lingering white smoke (coolant makes white vapor which dissipates rapidly). Blue to black smoke can be due to running rich (unburned fuel in exhaust).

I’m betting that’s your problem.

Coolant: White smoke.
Oil: Blue smoke.
Overfueling: Black smoke.
