Default A/c blows cold then warm then cold

My 07 1500 with the 4.7 just recently started experiencing issues with ac. It blows cold, but when i slow way down or stop it gets warm and muggy. Once I start driving againit gets ice cold like normal. Is this just a matter of changing out the compressor clutch drive it only does it when I'm stopped or sitting still.

if the cooling fan coming on when the a.c is turned on? If it doesn't, the system will over pressure and the high pressure switch will turn the compressor off until the pressure drops

are you talking about the electric fan on the ac radiator. Had ac running popped hood and it wasn't running. Is it supposed to be on at all times when ac is on

Ok let's do a little training here lol. It's a "condenser", not an "ac radiator". Yes, that fan should be running all the time (at least when not moving) to effect heat transfer across the coils. This is why it blows cold when you're moving (airflow across coils = heat transfer) but warms up again when you stop. Start simple, check relay, etc. If it's not on the electrical side of the truck then the fan motor has gone **** up.

Update:
It was only the condenser fan motor. Took about an hour. Thanks everyone for the help.

I had the pleasure of replacing the AC condenser fan motor on my 2007 Ram 1500 4.7 flexfuel today and it went pretty much like all the youtube videos except, to have any room to wiggle out the shroud, you need to remove the battery / fuse box tray, which is 1 piece, and to do that, you have to remove the driver side wheel well liner to get to a few bolts, and then remove stuff from the bottom of the tray but, take your time and it all comes apart nice and easy. Also, disconnecting the upper radiator hose gets you extra space too. Rock Auto's Four Seasons 35380 is an exact replacement for the motor.
