Replaced the water pump and fan clutch today because the gasket had worn out and found this. First time since I've owned it I've opened this up so I have no prior knowledge of how it's looked in there. Truck hasn't been overheating or shown any trouble at all, I was just tired of the slow leak from the edge of the pump and having to top it off once a week.
So how bad is this damage behind the water pump?
