Truck 03 ram 2500 5.7l

I'm getting this code along with my etc light blinking. I've changed the sensor and as well checked and getting voltage to it.

Possibly a wiring issue on the return side then? Or maybe a bad 'new' part. (wouldn't be the first time.....)

I can't seem to figure this problem out what's so ever. Even replaced the sensor again. Perhaps it's the return line gonna have to find a wiring diagram to trace the return line I guess.
