Default HELP!!! Flood damage

My 1999 1500 5.9l ram was submerged up to the windshield in flood water. I can't get it to fire now.

I have completely gutted the interior and removed carpet, dried seats cleaned all mud and leftover water, checked wiring, cleaned connections, and dash components.

As for the motor I pulled the plugs, drained water from cylinder heads and intake manifold, changed oil and filter, dropped fuel tank, pulled and cleaned injectors, replaced fuses and relays, pulled distributor and cleaned rotor button and replaced dist cap, and swapped computers (mainly due to the fact that it was for a 5.2 not a 5.9).

I verified fuel squirting from injectors, verified spark, motor spins not locked. Just won't fire!! I have gone thru with a fine toothed wire brush and carb cleaner. What am I missing??

If you have spark, and fuel, it *should* run....... Does the engine sound normal when cranking?

Hhhmmmm..... So it's either too much fuel, or not enough. Got a scanner you can plug in, and read data?
