Default 2007 Dodge Ram Acceleration Problem

I have 07 ram 4.8 with about 138,000 miles.
a couple months ago it started randomly not accelerating well. Like having to press the pedal over half way down just to get it to move. It had a hard time going up my driveway too. Weird thing is if I stopped, turned the truck off and back it would fix it and it’s back to normal. Well few weeks later the check engine light started coming on with it. But again off and back on and it was fine. Well now it’s doing it again except restarting the truck only works for second then it’s back. Any help would be appreciated.
it gets up to speed, just slowly

What codes are you getting? I am betting something referring to throttle position sensor, or pedal position sensor.
