Default P0300 or p0303 depending on its mood, p0174&p0175 all at once

So my engine is misfiring. Every time I drive it she wants me to adjust the throttle at least once on my 16 mile ride into work. I have checked my upstream o2's, all spark plugs, all wires, all coils, crank sensor, injectors, fuel filter, cleaned throttle, cleaned cold air intake, checked egr, checked all wiring for everything already said. Tried to take valve covers off to look at those but one bolt is rusted to make it a weird size. Tried the same with intake manifold to replace gaskets but no such luck. Unsure how to do a compression test. Engine is a remanufactured engine with just shy of 5k on it. Body has 187200 miles on it I am not sure when was the last time anything was replaced on it since I got it 3 years ago. Fuel trims are crazy high for bank 2. Both stft and ltft are at 32.8 rite now, normally the stft for bank 2 is around 0. Not sure what to check next.

Have these sensors out

Default Problem solved mostly

So my throttle spacer gasket had a tear in it and my egr vac pine had a crack in the end of it next to the egr. Replaced pipe and took off throttle spacer. Missfire is gone and all that is left is bank 2 too Rick and bank 2 too lean codes.cleared them and they came back. Not sure what to do about those.

You are getting too rich, and too lean, on the same bank?????

Replace the sensor.
