Default Steering gear box and pitman arm

I have an 2004 ram 2500 4x4 5.7 hemi, and I need a new steering gear box. Trying to find who makes a heavier duty one and if it is worth it. Also truck has a tall lift possibly 12” need to know what pitman arm would work best. Already has a steering stabilizer and new power steering. Thanks

Redhead, or Borgeson for steering box. The rebuilt units from the parts store aren't any better than what is already on the truck. Sometimes, they are worse than what you are replacing.

How much drop on your current pitman arm? Does it have a joint on it? If it doesn't, just re-use it.

If it doesn't have a joint on it, just re-use it then.
